Djon Pepaj is a food and wine enthusiast. During his extensive travels throughout France and Italy he acquired his excellent culinary skills in Northern Italian and Classic French cuisine. While living in New York, Pepaj trained under a top chef in Long Island. Years later, Pepaj established himself as Brevard's leading restaurateur with the opening of his first restaurant, Djon's Chophouse, now known as Djon's Steak and Lobster House, located in Melbourne Beach. Next came the opening of City Tropics Bistro, the place for friends and fun, and soon after the intimate Andiamo Cafe. Never standing still, Pepaj is embarking on a new project, the oceanfront casual dining bar and grill, Sand on the Beach.

Located on 5th Avenue, this elegant Italian restaurant is a wonderful place to take a date, or fall in love all over again. Featuring a spectacular menu by Chef Alex along with one of the most extensive wine menus beachside, Andiamo offers affordable elegance and a sleek, modern decor.
